We loved the excellent service provided by the staff, from the housekeeping team to the general manager. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with updated rooms and bathrooms. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location close to the Cleveland Clinic and a store in the area was very convenient for us. Additionally, the free onsite parking and delicious breakfast, with a variety of options and daily hot items, were fantastic perks. The staff went above and beyond to help us during a difficult day, making our stay even more memorable.

We loved the hotel's location right next to a major Metro station, making it very convenient for local transport. The fact that it was near St Catherine St and around the corner from The Village was a big plus. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, as well as the friendly and helpful staff.
